A Little About Me . . .
I thrive where creativity meets organisation. With a career spanning world-class productions, such as Matilda the Musical and companies such as The Royal Opera and Ballet, I’ve managed thousands of costumes with hundreds of performers and specialise in turning complex creative challenges into smooth-running operations. I love building teams who shine together and make the impossible look effortless, whether it’s an on-stage quick change, coordinating international tours, or reopening stages after the pandemic.
I never do it alone. I work alongside a magnificent network of freelance colleagues, bringing together the right talent for every challenge. I build great relationships with directors, designers and producers. Working together, we create backstage environments where performers feel supported, teams stay calm, and productions run without a hitch.
Alongside my management work, I’m a hands-on creative. I design and build costumes and puppets with meticulous detail that bring characters to life. At the heart of my work is a commitment to creating moments of wonder, curiosity, and connection - the moments that stay with audiences long after the curtain falls. Whether I’m leading an international tour, developing a puppet’s capsule wardrobe, or restructuring a department post-pandemic, my goal is the same: deliver outstanding work, empower the team and make joyful lasting memories.
From costumes to creatures to curtain calls, I lead the teams who make the magic flawless.
